- Import and Export Standards

We do not devalue merchandise on customs documents or mark items as gifts. - Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday. After successful payment, we will process your order and arrange shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once shipment is successful, we will send you the tracking number from the logistics company via email. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Estimated delivery time is 20-30 days (excluding order processing time). We will send you the tracking number via email within 72 hours. During promotional periods, order volume is high, and shipping times may be longer, but rest assured you will be satisfied with the goods you receive.
